The Real Truth About MLM

November 6, 2017 | Author: | Posted in Network Marketing

Every so often multi marketing hits it big on the internet again. Multi level marketing is also known as MLM. It is a type of business where people promote goods and services and earn money. They earn a commission for every product sold by someone that they brought into the system. This sounds perfectly fine. The only work that you do consists of hiring others to do the work for you. However, there are more disadvantage with MLM than advantages. We will talk about some of these things in this article.

Many people have been told that the business model for MLM is one of the best out there, a definite moneymaker that has no equal. This is not true. In fact, only 1% (or less) actually make any money at all with MLM. That is the truth! By simply starting your own business online, you have a better guarantee of making money. There are a lot of reasons for this, not the least of which is that the MLM business model is, at its nicest description, “shaky”? The entire system will crash to the ground if even a simple bookkeeping error is made.

When it comes to MLM, people will tell you that they want you to be a part of their down line. They claim that it is the simplest way to start up your own company. This is such an untruth. Developing a business with a product that you produced or put together is better. Your bottom line will be better when you do this. You work for yourself instead of someone else. The product belongs to you. As the product owner, any proceeds are yours. The recruiters in MLM are strict about meeting quotas. You have to pay registration and membership fees. This is too much to keep up with. One of the reasons that multi level marketing is so easy to fall for is because it promises that it is easy. In fact, if you look at the marketing tactics, you’ll see more hype about getting rich fast, but very little about what you need to do to get there. Yet, MLM requires just as much work to succeed as any other form of online business. There might even be more work involved because so many people have gotten clued in to the fact that this is a business model that might not be on the up and up. It’s hard to get people to work for you when they don’t trust your opportunity.

Have you noticed that the majority of MLM sites work hard to show you how you can sell their products to everyone you know? More importantly, how many MLM sites have you come across that have encouraged you to recruit your friends and family members? You’ll hear often about how your family and friends will all be instantly willing to sell the products available to their own circle of friends. In reality, asking people you know to do this is a great way to lose friends and offend family members. Even if you do recruit one or two people, you have no guarantee that they’ll sell anything or even earn anything. Then there’s the issue of selling only one or two items to family members. They may buy out of loyalty to you once, but they aren’t likely to continue. This limits your ‘business’ model severely.

On the outside, MLM looks good. This is why new internet surfers usually fall into the trap. Do not fall into the trap. The things said in this article are only some of the reasons of why MLM is not a good deal in the long run. You can probably locate additional reasons too.

Aside from Multi level markeing, you might check out the cash tracking system as strategy to earn money online. A number of people choose to keep all the earnings like they do in the cash tracking system.
